We stand behind the quality of our products. If there is a print error or visible defect, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Report a Quality Issue

If your item arrives with a defect:

  • Email: contact@support.trivanoe.com

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the issue taken on a flat, well-lit surface showing the product and the tag

Order Cancellations

Product Orders
All items are made to order. You can cancel or edit your order before it enters production using the link in your confirmation email.
Once production starts, changes are no longer possible.

Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or change of mind.
Refunds are only issued for quality-related issues when proper photo documentation is provided.

Refund Timeframes

  • PayPal: Refunds typically appear within 24 business hours

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds typically take 7–10 business days depending on your bank

Damaged or Defective Items

You have 30 days from the delivery date to report any defects or damage.
Email us with your order number and clear photos as described above.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes. These charges are not included in your order and must be paid by the customer. Contact your local customs office for more details.
